To Health With That was formed in 2020 with one simple mission. We aim to help you see, understand, and harness the amazing gifts your genes give you by educating and empowering you to optimize your epigenetics. Starting with MTHFR.
Chronic health problems can drain your happiness, decrease productivity, and make you question yourself constantly. A condition like MTHFR can cause depression, anxiety, addictions, heart disease, cancer, and even get in the way of having babies – but only if it isn’t managed properly.
We’re here to empower people like you with MTHFR and other genetic polymorphisms to take care of yourself in every way that matters. To live a joyful, productive, healthy life. To have babies, thrive in loving relationships, deepen friendships, and prevent long-term illness.
Why? Because we’re MTHFR people too.
Your “bad” genes are your greatest gift. Use them.
We are always:
- Positive
- Friendly
- Approachable
- Trustworthy
- Research, clinical experience, or client-experience based.
- Generous
- Uplifting

Genetic testing for the MTHFR gene mutation can be ordered through a healthcare provider, including naturopathic doctors practicing in licensed states, but it is typically more cost effective and information-rich to use a home genetic testing service, like 23andme.com or ancestry.com and then use that data to determine your MTHFR gene SNPs as well as hundreds of other SNPs that impact your health. Any of the services that test your genetic data will also allow you to download your raw data, which you can then upload to a data processor such as the StrateGene test from Seeking Health (this is an affiliate link – thanks for your support if you choose to purchase), or the simpler Methylation Profile from geneticgenie.org. This will give you access to far more gene SNPs at a lower price.
